Allow us to introduce Mary Denson, a line cook who joined our team in February of 2016. Although relatively inexperienced when she started her career, Mary has grown to be one of our most dependable assets in the kitchen. Now a team lead, Chef Kent relies on Mary to hold the line together and manage various responsibilities throughout the kitchen, chief among them being quality control and consistency.

Mark Sequerth joined our team in Pflugerville in June 2018 as a bowling counter attendant. As a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, his unique qualities and hard work have helped him perform his job well. Mark is welcomed as the newest addition to our management team!
Jason Barge joined our team in Temple this past August, in 2018. His journey began with us as a bowling counter attendant and it didn’t take long for him to begin to stand out from his peers. Being from Australia, his accent as well as his sense of humor have helped him stand out and become a team favorite.
Madyson Yeager joined our team at Spare Time – Temple in December of 2015 as a Guest Service Representative. Being the quick learner that she is, Madyson was quickly introduced to other departments and made a name for herself working Expo in the kitchen. After beginning Friday Night Karaoke, she quickly volunteered to DJ for the weekly event.
A full-time employee of Dell, Daniel Zapeda joined Spare Time – Pflugerville in January 2016 as a Bowling Counter Attendant. His commitment to good time management, being a team-player, and dependability have helped him become the management team’s “go-to” for training and everything Bowling Counter. Where others see challenges, Daniel sees opportunities.
Anjelica Ramirez began her career with Spare Time – Temple in the fall of 2013 as a Party Host. Her goal is to cross-train in all positions and join the management team! For now, Anjelica focuses her time on providing outstanding guest service and keeping the server team motivated and running efficiently.
The Teen Advisory Board of McLane Children’s was given a unique opportunity August 5th & 6th when they were offered a complementary booth by the generous organizer of the Bell County Comic-Con, Johnny Huang. The Teenagers also received support from local General Manager, Daniel Mueller of Spare Time bowling who donated a large game and cards containing spare time credit for the event.
Ronnie Largent joined the Spare Time Texas team in late March of 2013, right before our first location in Temple opened. Since then he has served in the positions of Bowling Counter, Supervisor, Bookkeeper, and now Attractions Manager. With all that combined experience and steadfast dedication, Ronnie has become an invaluable member of our team.
How many schools have you been to that have their own bowling alley? The answer is probably none. So how can kids learn to bowl without spending money at a local alley or having school’s invest in building specialized equipment? That’s the question that IBC’s Bowler’s Ed answers for schools across the U.S. By partnering with local bowling centers, Bowler’s Ed has been able to bring students and bowling together in a way that had not been possible previously.
Angel Rhem started with Spare Time Texas all the way back in March of 2013, just one month prior to the center’s grand opening. Angel has been with Spare Time since the beginning and has grown a lot with our company. Starting out her career with us as a high school student, she is now working full time with us as an Event Sales Associate while maintaining a full-time college schedule in her free time.
